Opening of housing complex Lochten 237, Brussels (BE) - (October 3, 2019)

Last week, the 56-dwelling housing complex in Schaerbeek was opened. The promoter JCX Immo bought the site from a former timber trade and turned it into a textbook example of sustainability: low energy houses, a range of different types of houses, communal areas and areas to be shared that can be reached via paths in the gardens and external passageways on the higher levels. Ney & Partners was commissioned by JCX to work on this brilliant design of the architecture firm Urban Platform.
